Your role

 

Manage the District’s operational business performance function, including financial, human resources, IT, and project activities, to enable high quality service delivery by the district in support of stronger, more sustainable, and inclusive communities.

 

This talent pool recruitment for Southern and Western District, covers offices located within Murrumbidgee, Southern NSW, Illawarra Shoalhaven and Western NSW.

 

Travel will be required across multiple locations within the areas listed.

 

What you’ll do

 

As part of HOMES NSW, you will be responsible for delivering support to our Housing clients which include vulnerable people from a range of diverse backgrounds and play a big role in reducing homelessness. You will be responsible for leading, managing and mentoring frontline client service teams within your allocated District.

 

You will also be responsible for leading change initiatives that get results, and you will play a lead role in establishing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in order to achieve strategic objectives. The Manager Housing Operations position manages resources, assets, projects and staffing to maximise achievement of goals and to ensure staff have the required level of skills and performance.
