Salary – Clerk Grade 1/2 - $70,694.00 to $76,857 per annum + Superannuation and annual leave loading per year of service.

Your role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide front line services to the community from a local office (Community Service Centre or “CSC”). The role involves a range of client and administrative services that contribute to the effective delivery of quality services in a CSC. 

The Customer Service Officer provides quality administration support to the casework teams, unit managers and external stakeholder whilst working within an administration team who undertake day to day administrative functions of the CSC.
 

What you’ll do
 

As part of the Administration team, you will support the service delivery of the CSC’s administrative functions and provide high quality customer service to our clients both in person and over the phone. You will support caseworkers within the unit providing administration support assistance with processing of children’s financials, attend a casework group supervision or unit meeting and provide secretariat support whilst ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

You will have a strong customer service background, attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills and proven experience using computer-based applications and client databases.
