Administration Officer– External Services – CSI Corporate Office
Location: Francis Greenway Correctional Complex – Berkshire Park
Employment type: Temporary, Full Time up to 2 years.
Salary: Clerk Grade 3/4 $82,193.00 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + Superannuation
Your role:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Administration Officer to work within our CSI corporate Office at Francis Greenway Correctional Complex, or the option to work remotely at the Manger’s discretion.
What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of the Demountable Demolition Program through records management, correspondence, and coordination of administrative tasks.
- Manage purchasing processes and routine financial transactions in line with agency standards.
- Coordinate demolition logistics, including asbestos clearance, transport, and module tracking.
- Liaise with external stakeholders to process Notices of Disposal and ensure compliance with project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, invoice packages, and supplier payments for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide a central point of contact for enquiries related to the program and escalate issues as required

Qualifications Required:
- Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description.
- Qualification in Business management
- Current NSW Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle while performing the role.
- Advanced Excel
- Monday.com Experience
- Pronto Experience
