              Location – Flexible work / Hybrid

             Employment type – Temporary, Full-time up to 4 years

             Salary -  $82,193 - $90,001 pa plus superannuation and employer's contribution to leave loading

 

Your role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated Administration Officer to join our team. As a member of our team, you are keen to grow and develop by utilising your expertise to add value to the overall objectives of the unit.

 

What you’ll do

As part of the Domestic Violence Bail team, you will provide vital administrative support to both the Domestic Violence Bail Coordinator and the Senior Domestic Violence Bail Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple inboxes, maintaining up-to-date reports and spreadsheets, and ensuring all data is accurate and securely stored in designated containers.

 

You’ll be expected to be proactive in your approach – understanding your role and taking initiative without the need for constant direction. Attention to detail is critical in this role – accuracy and thoroughness are essential in every aspect of the work we do.

 

You will be working as part of a small, close-knit team. Although the team works remotely, we maintain regular and effective communication. Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We house remand and sentenced inmates in correctional centres and supervise offenders serving orders in the community.

CSNSW provides reports and advice to courts and releasing/parole authorities and assesses offenders in the community and in custody for relevant interventions to reduce their risks of reoffending.
