This is a talent pool recruitment for ongoing, temporary, full time and part-time roles at Campbelltown, Picton, Sutherland, Wollongong and Port Kembla

About the Role

  • As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will provide complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and deliver high quality and professional services to clients in a busy courthouse environment. The role supervises staff and provides ‘hands-on’ training, learning support and capability development of staff and promotes a positive inclusive work culture.

 

  • The role may be a Registrar, Deputy Registrar or Senior Client Services Officer in a court registry and will be required to supervise a large team and effectively allocate resources to meet the Department’s requirements.  The role may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.

 

  • The role requires a commitment and ability to be able to prioritise and ensure the efficiency and client standards are met in a busy court.

 

About you

 In addition to the essential requirements of the role, you will have experience in: 

  • Providing high quality clerical and administrative support in a fast-paced environment;
  • Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and priorities;
  • Managing a large team, providing training and support, allocating resources.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to juggle competing priorities and deal with difficult situations.
  • Engaging, coaching, mentoring, developing and inspiring future leaders
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of initiatives that aim to improve work practices in a busy court environment.
  • Adapting to work in different jurisdictions and interpret legislation and apply

 

 

Essential requirements 

  • Current Drivers Licence and be willing to travel
