Salary: $99,938 - $110,270 + Superannuation + Leave Loading

Your role
As a Residential Centre Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team and provide vital support to women transitioning back into the community. This role is about more than supervision—it’s about creating a safe, structured environment where residents can overcome challenges and thrive. You’ll manage daily operations, guide staff, and facilitate tailored programs that make a real difference. Step into a role where every day you make a real difference. As a Residential Centre Supervisor, you’ll lead a dynamic team and provide vital support to women transitioning back into the community.
This is your chance to combine leadership with compassion, helping residents overcome complex challenges and achieve positive outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead with purpose – Supervise shifts and ensure smooth operations in a supportive residential environment.
- Empower others – Provide guidance and mentorship to Residential Centre Assistants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Drive impact – Oversee effective case management and facilitate tailored programs, services, and counselling to meet individual needs.
- Champion success – Work closely with your team to achieve program goals and create a safe, structured, and empowering space for residents.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant expertise – Formal post-secondary qualifications in welfare or social sciences, or substantial hands-on experience in these areas.
- Preparedness and care – A current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) and a preparedness to undertake further training and development as required for the position.
- Mobility and flexibility – An unrestricted Driver Licence and readiness to drive as part of your role.
- Proven experience – Significant experience working in social welfare or social science, with the ability to support individuals facing complex challenges.
