Employment type – We have a Temporary vacancy at our Dubbo Office.

 

Salary: $93,295 - $102,941 per annum Plus Employer contribution to Superannuation and Leave Loading per year of service.

 

 

This is a temporary role in accordance with the Government Sector Employment Act 2013, with a commencement date anticipated in early/mid 2025.

 

A Talent Pool will be created to fill similar roles for both ongoing and temporary opportunities if and as they arise.

 

 

 

Your role

 

The Service Support Manager supervises and leads a team of staff that provide administration support to staff and Community Services clients. The Service Support Manager will plan, manage, monitor and report on the administrative and site management functions of the Customer Service Centres CSC(s) and directly undertake some administrative functions, in addition to other duties.

 

What you’ll do

 

As part of The Dubbo CSC, you will supervise a team in the provision of efficient, effective frontline, administrative and site management services and support to ensure client focused, consistent high quality service delivery across DCJ Customer Service Centres.

  • Experience in managing a team in a high-pressure environment delivering services to vulnerable clients.
  • High level of organisation skills and time management.
  • High level ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Developing team capabilities whilst supporting a culture of integrity and professionalism
  • Working through challenges with flexibility and solution focused outcomes
