Salary – Clerk Grade 11/12 - $145,378.00pa - $168,130.00pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Your role
Are you ready to lead with impact and make a difference in the lives of others? As Manager of Offender Services, you’ll strategically oversee interdisciplinary teams delivering essential rehabilitation and reintegration services in large correctional centres. What you’ll do
As part of the Correctional Centre Leadership Team, you’ll:
- Lead, manage, and inspire interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, case managers, and other professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of rehabilitation and reintegration services.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across Security & Custody, Strategy & Governance, and other critical areas to deliver cohesive, high-performing offender services.
- Provide strategic consultation to custodial management, guiding the integration of rehabilitation programs into case management plans.
- Oversee the development and execution of local business continuity plans, ensuring consistent service delivery in a 24/7 secure environment.

What we’re looking for
- Leadership Excellence – Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and deliver on KPIs in high-pressure, complex environments.
- Strategic Thinking – Deep understanding of rehabilitation and reintegration principles, with experience in applying behavioural change theory to practical outcomes.
- Adaptability – Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, navigating competing priorities with confidence and clarity.
- Qualifications and Drive – Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, extensive experience, and a current driver’s license with a willingness to travel.
