  • Salary ranging from $79,032 pa to $86,539 pa + super and leave loading
  • Temporary – Full Time – 12 months with a possibility of extension until the end of the Special Inquest

 

 

Your role

 

The Senior Client Service Officer provides a range of administrative and support services to the Special Inquests team, Coroner’s Court Lidcombe.

 

You will be responsible for allocating and prioritising the delivery of professional services to clients within agreed standards and timeframes, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.  You will also be responsible for the supervision and support of other team members.

 

Persons seeking to work at the Coroners Court need to be compassionate and empathetic and have a high level of personal resilience.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Records management, routine and complex correspondence, and resource allocation
  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing
  • Respond to enquiries, escalating and redirecting as required
  • Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence to support information flow and support decision making.
  • Train, supervise and support team members to deliver the teams daily goals

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Demonstrated experience providing high level administrative, clerical support and client service
  • Ability to maintain motivation, supervise & train staff, and deliver responsibilities while working with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain accuracy when delivering multiple competing priorities within tight timeframes
  • Experience with records management, financial transactions and purchasing
