Senior Project Manager

• Role based in Northern Rivers (Lismore), with flexible/hybrid working environment.  
• Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $120,859 to $133,183 + super

The NSW Reconstruction Authority are seeking a Senior Project Manager within the Reconstruction Division.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective delivery of a range of civil infrastructure projects, primarily focused on reconstruction efforts, along with some mitigation and adaptation work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the development and delivery of reconstruction projects.
• Mitigating issues and managing risks.
• Providing technical advice and ensuring strong governance.
• Managing relationships with delivery partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced client-side senior project manager to collaborate with local governments and other delivery agencies to ensure infrastructure reconstruction projects across jurisdictions are staged, coordinated and delivered efficiently.

What we’re looking for a senior project manager with

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in program and project management within complex environments, particularly in construction and infrastructure.
• Ability to lead, support and build project management capabilities within team members.
• Strong engagement skills with the ability to support multi-disciplined stakeholders.
