About the role

The NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking a Senior Project Manager in our Lismore office.

You'll be ensuring the effective delivery of a range of civil infrastructure projects, primarily focused on reconstruction efforts, along with some mitigation and adaptation work. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced client-side senior project manager to collaborate with local governments and other delivery agencies to ensure infrastructure reconstruction projects across jurisdictions are staged, coordinated and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the development and delivery of reconstruction projects.
• Mitigating issues and managing risks.
• Providing technical advice and ensuring strong governance.
• Managing relationships with delivery partners.

This role is open to only NSW residents and requires the ability to work in our Lismore office 2 days a week.

What we’re looking for a senior project manager with:

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in program and project management within complex environments, particularly in construction and infrastructure.
• Ability to lead, support and build project management capabilities within team members.
• Strong engagement skills with the ability to support multi-disciplined stakeholders.
