Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $125,693 to $138,510 + super.
About the role
Our Customer Engagement team within the Resilient Homes Program (RHP) is seeking expressions of interest for a Senior Project Officer who excels in customer solutions for disaster-impacted communities. You will have significant experience in delivering high quality customer service to communities with a trauma-informed approach and ability coordinate teams in a dynamic and politically sensitive environment.
You will be the go-to expert experienced in coordinating customer engagement campaigns, are able to manage case escalations, and identify opportunities for process efficiencies to streamline stakeholder journeys.
Please note that this role is face to face.
About You
High calibre candidates will have significant experience in delivering high quality customer service to communities with a trauma-informed approach. They will also have effective coordination in a dynamic and politically sensitive environment.
Essential Requirements

Strong skills in mediation and negotiation to effectively resolve people related disputes.

Ability to navigate complex policies to deliver effective recommendations for individuals applying for RHP funding.

Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills to assess situations and develop effective resolution strategies.

Track record of building strong collaborative relationships with communities and the business and provide project and operational support in a community focused environment.
