What you’ll do
In this role you will assist in undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support your team in accordance with the directions provided by your manager. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare documentation and correspondence
- Complete routine financial transactions
- Respond to phone calls and emails
- Greet internal and external stakeholders
- Diary management
- Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
- General data entry and records management
- All miscellaneous tasks as required in accordance with the capabilities of the role
- Managing inmate accounts
- Monitoring shared inboxes
What we’re looking for
- A highly motivated and results driven individual
- Resilient and able to work in a role with competing priorities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in both a team environment and individually when required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Current and valid driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW when required
- Preparedness to work in a Correctional centre environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office and your technology skills will help you stand out above the rest
