Registrar, Deputy Registrar & Senior Client Service Officer Roles - Greater Sydney and Metro Sydney Court Locations
- Locations – Sydney Metropolitan and Greater Sydney Metropolitan Court Locations
- Salary – Clerk Grade 3/4 ($82,193 - $90,001) + super and annual leave loading
Your role
You will provide complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and deliver high quality and professional services to clients and stakeholders of a court registry. The role supervises staff, allocates resources and provides ‘hands-on’ training and guidance.
You may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing complex and high-quality administrative services within a court location
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients
- Preparing accurate court orders, reports and correspondence
- Supervising, guiding, training and providing support to a team
- Effectively allocating resources to achieve daily goal
- Managing complex inquiries and provide procedural assistance to clients and staff including researching, interpreting legislation, policy and court procedures

- Ability to meet the demands of a high pressured and fast paced work environment
- Ability to react quickly to changing situations and make important decisions utilising strong problem-solving skills
- Experience managing, developing and motivating a team
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to apply relevant court policies/procedures
