Salary ranging from $106,025 to $117,363pa.
Your role
Court Services are seeking an experienced people leader to be a member of a cohesive and dynamic management team to deliver high-quality front-line operations across multijurisdictional Courts operating in the Hunter Region of NSW.
What you’ll do
As the Registrar you will provide leadership to staff within a complex and changing environment and develop and enhance relationships with stakeholders and the community to ensure a co-ordinated and continuously improving approach to service delivery.
The successful candidate may be required to undertake quasi-judicial functions in accordance with legislation. Travel within the Hub including overnight stays may be required.
What we’re looking for
- People with experience supervising teams, delivering training, and the ability to identify and improve work practices.
- Willingness to travel and at times with short notice to any location within the Newcastle HUB.
- Seeking a proactive individual that can work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
