Your role

The role performs administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation.  It also undertakes a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.

What you’ll do

 

To be successful for this role, you will always display integrity, and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will always maintain confidentiality whilst utilising your proven experience to meet the demands of this role effectively. Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role. What we’re looking for

Applicants should have previous administration experience and be able demonstrate a high level of computer skills including Microsoft Office suite as well as competency in applications such as record management systems. The ability to learn and grow in the role will be important in terms of understanding the role.
