Salary - $84,659 - $92,701 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
This is a fantastic opportunity designed for an experienced Administration Officer to expand their involvement and skills to a broad range of stakeholders both externally and internally while providing support to the Drug Court Community Corrections Team.
The Drug Court Community Corrections team are highly motivated to support participants in changing their behaviours via a multidisciplinary intensive supervision model, to sustain long term improvements for the participants, their families, and the community.
As part of the team, you are vital to the success of the wider team. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and tightly connected team who rely on each other to succeed and has strong customer service skills, this position is ideal for you.

What you’ll do
To be successful for this role, you will always display integrity, and be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will always maintain confidentiality whilst utilising your proven experience to meet the demands of this role effectively.
Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role. If you enjoy supporting team members and liaising across multiple stakeholders then this work will interest you!
What we’re looking for
Preference for previous administration experience and be able to demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and competency with record management systems. You should be able to show leadership within a team, as well as the ability to work independently.

Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We house remand and sentenced inmates in correctional centres and supervise offenders serving orders in the community.
CSNSW provides reports and advice to courts and releasing/parole authorities and assesses offenders in the community and in custody for relevant interventions to reduce their risks of reoffending. CSNSW works in partnership with other government and non-government justice and human services agencies to support victims, facilitate restorative justice and promote reintegration.
