Location – Parramatta       

Employment type – Temporary full-time up to 11 months

Salary - $97,027.00 pa - $107,059.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

 

 

Your role

 

Assists with the design, initiation, administration, reporting and evaluation of grant programs in line with the NSW Grants Administration Guide. Assist grant applicants throughout the grant management life cycle

 

What you’ll do

 

·         Assist with the review and assessment of grant applications against grant program guidelines.

·         Support and use grants, contracting and/or procurement ICT systems such as SmartyGrants or the NSW Government’s One Grants Management System (One GMS).

·         Provide project and operational support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and deliverables, to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved grant programs.

·         Update and collate documentation and records regarding relevant issues, policies and practices to ensure the delivery of grant programs complies with agreed NSW Grant Administration Guide (GAG) and legislation.

·         Undertake basic research and analysis in assigned project areas and contribute to the preparation of project briefs to support informed decision making and planning.

 

Grant Design and Support provides support to all program areas across DCJ in the design , implementation and planning of all grants under the NSW Grant Administration Guide. We provide a fee for service type model in all areas of grant management. We are a flexible team that requires time management to ensure direct timeframes are met.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Successful candidates will be flexible and proactive, with a strong commitment to quality customer service. As a team player, they will also be:

 

·         A problem solver with a can-do attitude.

·         A minimum of intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage. Grant management experience and a working understanding of the SmartyGrants/OneGMS platform will be highly desirable.

·         Demonstrated project experience in delivery of grant programs and managing reforms would also be an advantage.
