About the role
As the Communications & Campaigns Advisor, you will:

Strategise and deliver engaging integrated communications and marketing campaigns that supports the Authority’s optimal service delivery, with a focus on corporate communication projects.

Develop proactive campaign content for application across multiple channels including website and social media to drive positive brand awareness, and other paid, owned and earned channels.

Be a comms all rounder and contribute to non-campaign projects and work including across digital, social media, internal comms and more

Develop program budgets, timelines, reports and updates, and campaign result reports, to help monitor, promote and optimise programs and outcomes.

Establish strong stakeholder relationships, internal and external, through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.

Provide support for project delivery activities including launches, workshops, and presentations to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved.

Develop high quality, accurate and timely reports, briefs, or correspondence to provide information or advice and keep relevant groups informed on key developments and issues related to marketing activities.
The role works within the Corporate Communications team, and you will report to the Manager of Corporate Communications.

Motivated creative marketing expert responsible for delivering integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, that build brand reputation and drive improved business results.
You will also have all round communications experience to work beyond marketing across the wider corporate communications team.

You are a subject matter expert on marketing and campaign development across multiple touchpoints, including digital content, for a diverse range of customer groups. You are passionate about creating campaigns that connect, engage and inspire people to think differently and take action.

Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry within services sector, professional and or community focussed areas
About the Agency
The NSW Reconstruction Authority is a statutory corporation that will improve how NSW plans for disasters and ensure that we recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the NSW Reconstruction Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities and other stakeholders.
