- Location – Parramatta and Sydney CBD with flexible working arrangements available
- Employment type – Temporary position (12 Months) – Full time (35 hours)
- Salary – Clerk Grade 11/12, Base Salary $145,378 – $168,130), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Change and Engagement Manager will lead the development and implementation of change management frameworks, communication strategies, and engagement plans for strategic projects and operational changes in NSW courts and tribunals. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about driving transformation, fostering employee adoption, and managing impactful change processes, reporting directly to the Director, Digital Customer Experience.
What you’ll do
As part of the Change and Engagement team, you will design, manage, and deliver effective change management strategies for various projects and operational changes. You will lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training efforts to ensure successful business change adoption.
You will also:
- Continuously improve change management tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies and learning plans to support transformation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring their needs are integrated into change initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the change management practice.
- Work as part of a dynamic, collaborative team and in an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and drives continuous improvement.
- Drive consistency and proactively support strategic initiatives in preparing for the impact of the changes being delivered by projects and programs.
- Decide on the appropriate balance between prioritising stakeholder requirements and the desired outcomes of projects and programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to oversee the identification and definition of change delivery.
- Drive change and communications management and capability uplift across a complex landscape.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in change management principles, methods, and tools, with a focus on system and process transformation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of project management approaches and the phases of the project lifecycle.
- Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work culture in a fast-paced environment.

- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
