Location: Parramatta
Employment Type: Temporary Full-Time (12-month contract with the possibility of extension)
Salary: $73,522 - $79,931 p.a.+ superannuation + annual leave loading.
Talent Pool: This recruitment will also be used to create a talent pool for future ongoing and temporary roles and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.

As a Client Service Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients seeking support and information—making your role essential to delivering fair and accessible justice services.
What You’ll Do
As part of the Courts Service Centre team, you’ll:
- Provide timely, accurate, and clear procedural advice to clients across multiple channels (phone, email, online).
- Identify client needs and help resolve inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Escalate complex matters and collaborate with senior officers and other justice agencies.
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performing team culture in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for delivering excellent client service in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in plain language.
- Adaptability to new systems, policies, and procedures across various jurisdictions.
- Comfortable working in a busy call centre environment—able to handle a large number of calls while maintaining a strong focus on quality and teamwork.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
