  • Salary from $110,266 to $122,058 pa. + super and annual leave loading

Your role

 

We’re seeking an ICT Device Provisioning Team Leader to manage and guide the Technical Support Officers, across multiple locations, platforms and technologies and guide the activities of Technical Support Officers responsible for the operational maintenance of the organisation’s ICT environment.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Allocate and prioritise incidents and requests, assigning tasks to staff to ensure timely resolution and compliance with SLAs.
  • Resolve complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions or preventative measures to ensure service availability.
  • Regularly review system access, document compliance, investigate security breaches, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Validate, confirm and audit Asset and/or Configuration Item (CI) records to ensure it is maintained in the agreed upon repository and accurate.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to aid service restoration, minimize outages, and promote efficient, consistent methods within the team.
  • Manage set-up activities for large-scale or complex configuration changes or deployments to the organisation’s information systems to comply with operational requirements.
  • Analyse system performance and report findings to guide upgrades and decisions that reduce issues and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor service delivery performance metrics and liaise with stakeholders and customers to ensure that SLAs are not breached.

  • Proven experience in system administration and technical support leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple platforms, technologies, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address and prevent service issues.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
