- Salary: $82,193 – $90,001 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
Are you an organised and proactive professional with strong administrative skills? We’re looking for two Executive and Administrative Assistants to provide support to our Communications and Media Division and Community Development Division.
You will work as an Executive Assistant for the Deputy CEO and Director of Community Development and a second role will support the Director, Communications.
These roles are key in ensuring the smooth operation of our divisions. You’ll provide a range of administrative and secretariat services to support organisational objectives, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and actively contribute to divisional projects.
What you’ll do
The roles will:
- Manage the work schedule of the Deputy CEO and/or Director, including diary and email management.
- Track key deadlines and maintain workflow to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as mailbox management, task allocation, procurement, and records management.
- Organise meetings, forums, and consultations – including invitations, agendas, minutes, follow-ups, transport, and catering.
- Prepare high-quality reports, documents, correspondence, and presentations with strong attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support project implementation and events.

You are a detail-oriented and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
