Fraud and Corruption Compliance Officer
Location – Parramatta
Employment type – Temporary role up to 18 months with possibility of conversion to ongoing
Salary – Starting from $ 106,025 up to $ 117,363 + Super + flex leave.
Your role
As a of Fraud and Corruption Compliance Officer you will be responsible for supporting the business areas to identify, prevent, detect and manage fraud and corruption risks at DCJ. You will be instrumental in fostering the fraud and corruption compliance across DCJ and play a critical role in promoting a strong risk culture across the organisation. This will include project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects in line with established objectives.
What you’ll do
As part of the Governance, Risk, Audit and Compliance team you will be responsible for:
- coordinating responses to fraud and corruption and compliance enquiries
- analysing and reporting on data related to fraud and corruption compliance programs
- work with technical teams to manage continuous improvement to online compliance management systems
- managing and supporting fraud and corruption education programs
- delivering a range of project management and support services, within a high volume and complex working environment, limited resources and the need to manage competing priorities.
What we’re looking for:
An individual with:
- considerable experience working in compliance roles within large, complex organisations
- advanced interpersonal and communication skills, and display a collaborative approach to delivering customer service
- highly developed critical thinking, analytical, planning and organisation skills that allow you to manage competing priorities and respond to emerging needs
- an ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders at different levels of seniority
- hands on experience in delivering end to end projects
- a strong understanding of fraud and corruption compliance related legislative and regulatory requirements.
