Clerk Grade 9/10, Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $125,693 to $138,510 plus super and annual leave loading
About the role
NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver both operational and strategic HR advice and support across a range of areas such as employee relations, workforce planning and performance management. You will partner closely with the senior leaders of your client group to consistently drive a high-performance culture by implementing our workforce strategy that builds capability and performance enabling business imperatives.
What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you will be a highly experienced senior HR Business Partner with demonstrated skills and capability in building key stakeholder relationships and influencing leaders to deliver optimal people centric outcomes. Your exceptional communication skills to provide expert advice and guidance will be instrumental to your success. You are collaborative whilst demonstrating an ability to working autonomously.
Essential Requirements

High level knowledge of workplace legislation, policies, practices and strategies

Strong proven experience in handling complex employee relations matters
-
Experience in implementing organisation development programs such as organisation change and culture reform
-
Demonstrated experience in the use of human resources management information systems (SuccessFactors preferred).
