- Location: Parramatta. Flexible work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days WFH).
- Clerk Grade: 9/10. Base salary $125,693 p.a. to $138,510 p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

The Financial Performance and Investments division provides a full range of financial services including budgeting, procurement, customer accounts and investment management services.
About the role
The Manager, Customer and Trust Accounts leads the team who provide operational accounting functions to customers of NSW Trustee and Guardian. In addition, the team provide several support services to the Agency’s finance function.

About you
As an ideal candidate:
- You possess extensive experience in managing the recording, processing, analysis, and reconciliation of financial transactions in a large volume, complex, client focused and diverse environment.
- Extensive experience in monitoring complex financial systems, including the ability to proactively respond to system issues and implement change.
- Have experience in resolving complex customer issues and implementing solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in payments within a banking context.

Essential requirements
- CA/CPA qualification and full membership.
- Willingness to have phone calls and team email accounts monitored for quality assurance and training purposes, and to participate in one-to-one review sessions for calls and emails.
