Manager Learning and Development
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Learning professional to join our Talent and Learning team, leading new and existing internal projects and initiatives that support our staff and contribute to improving organisational outcomes.

We have a temporary full-time opportunity working only 35 hours per week until late February 2026 with a possibility of extension.

Our team works from the Sydney and Parramatta offices a couple of times a week, and we offer a hybrid working environment.

We are offering a base salary of $125,693 to $138,510 plus superannuation and annual leave loading on top!

About the role
The Manager, Learning and Development is a new and exciting opportunity that will see you support the organisation to achieve its objectives and help deliver major reforms. The role delivers best practice and varied human resources strategies, projects and initiatives across a range of areas such as learning and development, culture, and workforce planning. The role is part of a small, dynamic team focused on Talent and Learning and where achievements are celebrated, and career development is supported.
The role will see you:

Partner with leaders and people across the organisation to promote and foster a culture of learning and development.

Lead, review and implement a range of human resource projects, strategies and initiatives that respond to future challenges and ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements and standards.

Apply creative thinking techniques to generate new ideas and innovative solutions that enhance efficiencies.
-
Manage and analyse business data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports that contribute to effective decision-making, people management solutions and continuous improvements.

Essential requirements

Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience within human resources.
