Principal Business Partner - SAP

This is an opportunity to drive meaningful relationships, foster innovation, for one of the largest NSW organisations. The Principal Business Partner will lead the alignment of organisational strategies with SAP systems and capabilities, playing a key role in shaping the future of our business operations.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will act as the central liaison for all myWorkZone engagements across various organisational divisions, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs and aligning myWorkZone to meet those requirements. You will integrate myWorkZone considerations into business planning to support desired outcomes and take charge of managing and delivering solutions that enhance service delivery.
As the Principal Business Partner, your expertise will guide clients through the development of roadmaps by analysing and consolidating key information to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee project management, including coordinating new and existing system requirements and business processes.
You will provide proactive, evidence-based advice and reports to Executive Leaders, ensuring that business decisions are informed by critical insights. Collaboration will be key as you work across divisions and stakeholders to ensure effective interface between program development, service planning, and policy implementation.
You will manage a large portfolio whilst supporting the delivery of change initiatives aligned to the deliverables on the roadmap. You will help foster employee adoption of new behaviours, processes, and technology to ensure sustainable change.
What we’re looking for
- Track record working in a similar role, preferably with SAP systems, including Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Experience in managing business relationships and delivering strategic solutions.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience in developing business cases and providing strategic insights.
