Your role

 

The Principal Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the risk, quality and progress of ICT projects to organisational standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.
 
 

What you’ll do

 

  • Lead and manage the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent critical, highly complex and/or large projects
  • Manage permanent and/or ad hoc teams to ensure project outcomes are achieved
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met
  • Manage resource pool across various projects to ensure maximum utilisation
  • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of the project

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated expertise in the application of appropriate project management methodologies
  • Strong influencing skills, proficient in building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, across all levels of an organisation
  • Effective time-management skills and the capability to work independently within tight-timeframes in a complex project environment 
  • Demonstrate people and resource management experience
