Program Manager
Location: Parramatta, Hybrid working arrangements
Employment type: Temporary (June 2027), Full-time
Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10 ($125,693 - $138,510) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The role oversees and coordinates the planning, execution, and assessment of complex projects to ensure successful outcomes and contribute to the accomplishment of organizational goals.
What you’ll do
- Manage the full delivery of the minor capital works workplace enhancement program (including office fit outs, construction projects, and site decommissioning, with make-good execution).
- Oversee governance activities, including leading client working groups and other related initiatives.
- Handle reporting and budget management.
- Apply strategic planning expertise to analyse data and determine where to allocate funds across the state.
- Engage and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Lead a small team.
- Manage a broad program with multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in workplace/office fit-out and decommissioning is highly desirable.
Appointments are subject to reference checks. Some roles may also require the following checks/ clearances:
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
