Program Officer
- Location – Parramatta/Hybrid
- Employment type – Ongoing, Full-time
- Salary – Clerk Grade 7/8 ($106,025 - $117,363 plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading)

Your role
Offer program management services for Aboriginal initiatives, emphasising the design and implementation of Aboriginal Domestic and Family Violence programs to enhance outcomes for Aboriginal people, families, and communities.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate on the design, delivery and collaboration of DCJ programs to align with organisational goals and meet client needs.
- Manage contracting, tendering, and capital works, including budget estimates and performance reports.
- Utilise project management methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes across DCJ.
- Oversee performance reporting to facilitate monitoring of program deliverables and client outcomes.
- Connect appropriately with Aboriginal people and Communities.
- Provide Cultural advice and insight.
- Drive consultation and communication with Aboriginal People & Communities
What we’re looking for
- Understanding of Regional Rural and Remote Aboriginal Community strengths, needs and barriers.
- Understanding of Domestic and Family Violence
- Experience in service planning design delivery and evaluation.
