Salary: $106,025.00 pa - $117,363.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

 

 

Your role

 

As a Project Officer in Shared Services with the NSW Government, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and driving key projects that enhance our service delivery. The Shared Services & Customer Experience purpose is to enhance our customer experience by partnering in the delivery of value-added shared services.

 

What you’ll do

 

The Service Management Assurance (SMA) function provides Service Enablement capabilities across Performance & Assurance, Transformation & Change, and Intelligent Automation streams.

 

You will coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, monitoring progress, and preparing detailed reports. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, providing support and guidance to ensure project milestones are met. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying risks and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track. Your responsibilities will include change and testing support for shared services projects, including service improvement, technology, and client onboarding initiatives.

 

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in coordinating complex projects. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse teams. A background in government or shared services is highly desirable.
