Clerk Grade 11/12. Salary - $139,787 to $161,663 p.a. plus employer’s contribution to  superannuation and annual leave loading

 

Your role

 

The REFX Solution Lead oversees designing solutions for specific functional areas and shaping the process and user experience for the myWorkZone solution. This role involves identifying opportunities to streamline policies, processes, and data models to minimize custom solutions, while still meeting diverse business needs. The REFX Solution Lead also brings SAP functional and business expertise to solution and process design.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Driving the creation and rollout of various tools and resources that support solution design and adoption. Identify interdependencies and leverage resources to maximize efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
  • Overseeing all aspects of project development and execution for a portfolio of complex projects. This includes preparing business cases and project plans, adopting appropriate governance, managing resources, and meeting reporting requirements to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Leading the analysis, evaluation, and development of best practices for processes and activities to ensure efficient delivery of internal and external services under the myWorkZone solution. Ensure business outcomes are met, measured, and reported, and promptly identify systemic and emerging risks.
  • Providing proactive, evidence-based advice and reports to the Director and/or Group Director. Ensure the proposed solution meets business requirements, identifies change impacts, and considers the sustainability of the recommended solution.
  • Leading the implementation and adoption by providing detailed process documentation, initial data mapping to support data migration to new taxonomies, and validation of test scope and scenarios.
  • Collaborating closely with ERP Support and Operations to address design issues, implement improvement opportunities, and confirm business requirements and design for customer-initiated change requests.

  • Make high-level, complex decisions with confidence.
  • Discuss and agree on design objectives, outcomes, priorities, and resources with the Group Director, Director, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep up with the latest best practices, government policies, and statutory requirements.
