(ICT Business Partner Team)
· Location - Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements
· Employment type - Ongoing full-time opportunity (35 hours per week)
· Grade – Clerk Grade 9/10
· Salary - $125,693 pa to $ 138,510 pa plus employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join a small, passionate and motivated team. The primary function of this team is proactively managing the business and ICT relationship for our clients, focusing on long term commitments, engagements and pre-project analysis and advisory services. Note this is not a project delivery team.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio spanning four DCJ divisions, helping shape the team’s culture and foundations.

What you’ll do
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:
- Work across a diverse portfolio spanning four DCJ divisions, each with unique business needs and technology environments.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities and provide strategic ICT advisory services.
- Contribute to the development of a relatively new team, helping to establish its culture, processes, and best practices.
- Manage a variety of work types in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Support the delivery of high-quality analysis, documentation, and recommendations that inform decision-making and future planning.
You’ll build trusted relationships by offering thoughtful advice on current and future ICT solutions, while contributing meaningful input to key documents.
