Senior Business Analyst - Resolve

 

Location - Parramatta

Employment type – Temporary full-time role for 11 months

Salary - $129,464.00 pa - $142,665.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

 

 

Your role

 

The purpose of this position is to support and manage system improvements to the PeopleFirst (Resolve) Case Management system to ensure alignment with the overall business and strategic requirements and the Department’s operational plans. The role will also develop and maintain reporting as required by the Executive and business teams.

 

What you’ll do

 

Design tools and implement processes to facilitate improvements to PeopleFirst including the undertaking analysis of best practice on processes to deliver business outcomes.

 

Monitor operational performance to ensure DCJ service delivery partners are performing to a high standard.

 

Develop and deliver evidence-based advice and reports to Executive management to inform decision-making.

 

Liaise and work across DCJ Divisions and non-government stakeholders to ensure effective interface between program development, planning, service design and policy implementation.

 

The position will work with the teams within the Department’s conduct and more broadly across the People function in the delivery of high-quality people support services and systems.  

 

What we’re looking for

 

In addition to the essential requirements outlined in the role description, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the analysis, development, and design of systems that support operational business needs, with particular experience using the Resolve case management system.
