  • Salary ranging from $79,032 pa to $86,539 pa + super and leave loading
  • Temporary opportunity for 12 months

 

 

Your role

 

The NSW Sheriff and Justice Academy is a Registered Training Organisation that delivers training and assessment services to meet the needs of the NSW Sheriff’s Office, and NSW Sheriff and Justice Academy.

 

You will coordinate and provide a high level of clerical support to the Operational Capability and Performance Command team including project support and attending to customer enquiries.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

You will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, routine financial transactions and purchasing.

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Demonstrated experience providing a high level of administrative support and customer service in an operational environment
  • Experience collecting and compiling information to assist with preparation of documentation and correspondence
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience planning and prioritising competing tasks and deadlines and flexibility to adapt quickly to different working environments
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism, initiative and confidentiality when dealing with a diverse range of clients
