Senior Client Service Officer - Weekend Bail Court - Court Services - Parramatta

• Location – Weekend Bail Court, Parramatta
• Employment type – Ongoing Part Time – Saturday, Sunday and Monday
• Salary – $79,032 - $86,539 (pro rata for part time) + applicable penalty rates, super and annual leave loading

Your role

As part of the NSW Government’s announced reforms to strengthen the Justice system and better protect victims of domestic and family violence, changes to the operations of Bail Courts across NSW will be implemented to ensure bail decisions required across weekends are made by Magistrates.

As a Senior Client Services Officer, Weekend Bail Court you will provide training, supervision and support to team members.  You will allocate resources, prioritise tasks and manage complex enquiries.

The weekend bail court hearings are held virtually via audio visual link (AVL), you will have excellent technology skills to successfully provide court officer, court monitoring and data entry support.

• Ability to react quickly to changing situations and make important decisions utilising strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing, developing and motivating a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to acquire, maintain knowledge and apply relevant court policies/procedures
• Great time management and organisation
• High quality customer service skills with a professional and ethical manner
• Efficient in technology
