Employment type: Ongoing (Permanent) Full time
Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12 ($145,378 - $168,130 pa), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
As the Senior Manager Operations, Workplace Hubs, you will lead the management of our Workplace Hubs across NSW, supporting our diverse staff and services, supporting the people of NSW.
What you’ll do
As part of the Program and Partnerships team with Infrastructure and Assets, you will lead the Workplace Services, Workplace Performance, Workplace Compliance and Workplace Experience teams to ensure the successful and safe management of our Workplace Hubs.
Working with suppliers, contract partners and an engaged and friendly team, to ensure a human centred workplace experience for staff and visitors to our Workplace Hubs.
Successfully oversee the budget, reporting, contracts, procurement and associated financial responsibilities for the Workplace Hubs portfolio.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leading from the front in new ways to engage our staff in our workplaces.
Manage stakeholders across the organisation, providing a range of services and diverse engagement opportunities to meet the needs of all customers.

What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will display the following qualities:
· Experience managing a diverse workplace portfolio for day-to-day services and delivery of workplace projects.
· Experience effectively managing a diverse range of stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
· Experience managing large customer service-based teams with a focus on innovation, customer experience and human centred design
· This role is largely based in our Parramatta office with travel across our Sydney Metro portfolio on a weekly basis. At times, travel will be required to our Regional Hubs across NSW.
· Previous experience in a government setting is not essential
