Location - This role is based in Parramatta. Flexible and Hybrid working options available
Employment type – 3 x Ongoing full-time roles
Clerk Grade 9/10 - Salary - $125,693.00 pa – $138,510.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
We have an opportunity for three Senior Project Officers to be part of the Quality Assurance Outcomes Framework team in System Reform Division.
These roles will lead and manage projects that develop, implement and maintain outcomes frameworks and quality assurance activities and in child protection and out-of-home care programs in line with organisational strategic objectives.
What you’ll do
As a Senior Project Officer in this role, you will:
- Under research and consultation to understand quality assurance matters and develop project responses and plans.
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including the coordination and facilitation of workshops and working groups.
- Prepare meeting papers, reports and briefing notes updating on progress on projects seeking stakeholder and executive feedback and approval.
- Develop frameworks and implementation resources and training packages to support project implementation.
- Work independently and as part of a team.

What we’re looking for
As an ideal candidate you will have:
- Tertiary education qualifications relevant to the role and /or equivalent experience
- Experience working with non-government organisations and government agencies on the development and implementation of service delivery
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in project management
- Client service skills with an empathetic approach to clients
- Computer and systems competency
- Sound research and analysis skills to support evidence-based decisions
- Experience in designing projects and quality and outcomes frameworks that measure the effectiveness of community service programs
- Experience in or a working knowledge of child protection and out-of-home care services is highly desirable
