Location - Parramatta
Employment type – Ongoing full-time role
Salary - $125,693.00 pa - $138,510.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The role of Senior Project Officer is in the Reform Team, Child & Family directorate in the System Reform Division
What you’ll do
The role will manage projects that support the centralised coordination of responses to child and family related system reviews and inquiries. The role will also support a wide range of work to facilitate better coordination of child protection and out of home care reform currently underway.
The team is responsible for the design, development, and project management of reform initiatives to improve the delivery of child protection and out of home care in NSW.

What we’re looking for
· Sound analysis and research skills to identify emerging issues, develop evidence-based options and recommend solutions to resolve problems
· Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively, a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
· Experience in project management methods and tools
· Experience in or a working knowledge of child protection and out-of-home care services is highly desirable
· Tertiary education qualifications relevant to the role and /or equivalent experience
