- Clerk Grade 9/10 Salary ($125,693 - $138,510 per annum) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
About the role
As part of our Strategic Planning and Performance team within the Enterprise Project Management Office you will play a significant role in the implementation of business planning and strategic organisation wide change initiatives.
This position will utilise your excellent reasoning and judgement, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. If you enjoy critical thinking, strategic planning and working collaboratively across a diverse range of key stakeholders to deliver outcomes this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of the organisation strategy and business planning process to support the achievement of organisational objectives
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders including senior executives, to engage, foster collaboration and gather information for developing the organisation’s strategy and business planning processes, informing strategic decisions
- Create and implement integrated strategic and business planning methodologies, tools and dashboards to ensure consistent and effective management of business planning and reporting, capturing and storing information in a accessible format to drive insights and decision making.
- Coordinate and facilitate organisation-wide business planning and reporting processes, providing expert advice and information to support decision-makers
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies in the adoption of the integrated planning cycle and tracking the effectiveness of strategic deliverables.
- Oversee the reporting, monitoring and evaluation of initiatives to support organisational performance and decision making
- Prepare correspondence, briefs, reports and presentations that are informative, concise and engaging to realise change management strategies.
- Undertake research, analyse and provide information regarding trends, develop evidence-based options and solutions for system design and business improvement.

About You
We are looking for someone who:

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills to produce informative artefacts for presentations, reporting, monitoring and evaluating organisational wide business planning processes.

- Can adapt and balance competing priorities in dynamic situations. You will be highly organised with a high attention to detail and a knack for multitasking.

About the Agency
The NSW Reconstruction Authority (the Authority) is a statutory corporation within Planning, Housing and Infrastructure. The Authority will improve how NSW plans for disasters and help communities to recover from them faster.
To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, NGOs, businesses, and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities, and other stakeholders.
