Senior Systems Administrator - (OutSystems / Lowcode)

 

  • Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements
  • Full time ongoing opportunity (35 hours per week)
  • Salary from $120,859 to $133,183 pa. + super and annual leave loading

Your role

 

As a Senior Systems Administrator you will provide a pivotal role in Providing high quality customer support and expert functional, technical and system administration support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies and guides the activities of Technical Support Administrators responsible for the operational maintenance of the organisation’s ICT environment.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and undertake proactive problem resolution.
  • Ensure system access, monitoring, control, and documentation practices are maintained.
  • Undertake complex incident restoration, identifying root causes and implementing remedies.
  • Act as Technical Lead in critical incident restoration, providing updates and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures to reduce the risk of unplanned outages.
  • Manage set-up activities for large-scale configuration changes or deployments.
  • Monitor service delivery performance metrics and liaise with stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage ICT equipment lifecycle, including upgrades and replacements.
  • Assess the impact of changes to systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Mitigate and address risk audit findings to reduce non-compliance risk.

 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with the applicable technology platform, with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Proven experience in system administration, particularly with OutSystems/Low-Code platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • This role may require participation in an on-call and/or after hours work roster to ensure service continuity to clients or maintenance activities outside normal business hours.
  • A valid driver’s licence may be required to travel to and from the Data Centre and on site client support
