Senior Test Analyst
- Temporary full-time opportunity for up to 12 months (35 hours per week)
- Location Parramatta CBD with access to hybrid work arrangements
- Salary from $125,693 - $138,510 pa, plus employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end testing of systems under development and ongoing maintenance of the quality assurance processes to reduce development defects and maintain quality standards.
What you’ll do
As a Senior Test Analyst you will:
- Analyse detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to develop testing strategy, scope, approach, and objective that reduce the risk of system outages and identify system defects.
- Ensure test cases, scripts, and scenarios (including unit, integration, capacity, system, user acceptance, and release testing) are developed and executed effectively.
- Track, prioritize, and coordinate defect identification and resolution with development teams to ensure software quality.
- Ensure appropriate test environments, data, and tools are available, configured, and maintained for effective testing.
- Prepare and submit detailed test reports to describe testing outcomes, defect analysis, and recommendations for resolution.
- Identify potential risks related to testing, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with quality and security standards.
- Lead test automation strategies and ensure performance, load, and stress testing are conducted where applicable.
- Support and facilitate UAT by working closely with business users to validate system functionality.
- Test ICT processes against documented standards to ensure compliance and provide input into improvement programs that enhance service quality.
- Maintain ICT quality management policies and processes to drive improvements in performance, customer satisfaction, and service delivery.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects, refine testing methodologies, and drive ongoing process enhancements.
What we’re looking for
An experienced manager who is motivated by outcomes and building strong relationships. To be considered for this role, your background and experience must meet the following criteria:
- Extensive experience in a Program Test Management environment delivering Testing Services for large enterprise level projects
- Experience working with design, implementation and support of customer self-service transaction offerings and a strong knowledge of QA methodologies
