What you’ll do

 

This role will be liable for workforce management, development and coordination of the casual workforce as well as the implementation and maintenance of rostering technologies. Further deliverables will include; reporting on data and trends around the casual workforce,  working with payroll and other key stakeholders on best practices, in particular, with local management to implement performance management for casual correctional officers across our centres, and to always strive to improve business outcomes in relation to Microsoft Power platforms and technologies.

 

This role also may require you to travel, work at other sites within the state with overnight stays.

 

What we’re looking for

 

The SAS Digital Solutions is a specialised position and the OSU are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to utilise their experience and knowledge to meets the demands of this role effectively and efficiently.

 

You will understand the diverse correctional environment including rostering procedures and practices and be able to provide professional advice to all stakeholders on the development, implementation and management of IT projects, processing improvements and reforms.

 

Proven experience in creating, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and Power Apps for an organisation at commercial level will make your application more competitive.

 

We are also seeking an individual who can promote a positive workplace culture and reinforce the departmental values to the casual workforce.
