Salary Range: $82,193 - $90,001pa+ Superannuation - Annual Leave Loading.

Locations: These are office-based roles, with capacity to work from home on occasions.
Metropolitan Region 1 (office location at Silverwater) – operates under a rotating roster 7 days a week including Public Holidays
Shifts times
Weekdays: A watch
· 7am-3pm
· A10 watch – 10am-6pm
· D watch – 10:30am-6:30pm
· C watch 2pm-10pm
Weekends and Public Holidays:
· 8:30am-4:30pm
Metropolitan Region 2 (office locations at Windsor & Long Bay) operates 5 days week Monday to Friday – rotating shift times: - 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm; 10am–6:30pm.
24hr Lodgement Processing Unit (office location at Windsor) operates under a rotating roster 24hrs 7 days a week
Shifts times:
· A watch – 6am-2pm
· A10 watch – 10am-6pm
· D watch – 12pm-8pm
· C watch – 2pm – 10pm
· B watch – 10pm-6am
Southern/Western Region (office location at South Coast, Bathurst, Wellington & Goulburn) operates 5 days week Monday to Friday – rotating shift times: - 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm; 10am–6:30pm.
About the role
The Sentence Management Operations Officer performs administration and records management functions and services that pertain to the detention and release of inmates, either as part of a team or individually.
The role performs core processing work within a Sentence Administration business unit, which may include liaison with external and internal stakeholders, data integrity checking/entry and general administrative tasks.
About you
With your proven Administration experience supporting varied teams with high volumes, you will be self-motivated, can multitask and communicate effectively.
You will have strong technical skills which will help you plan and prioritise to successfully achieve positive outcomes for the team.
You will be a true team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work well under pressure – this a great opportunity to hit the ground running and work for a supportive team!
Knowledge of NSW Justice system and/or relevant qualifications are highly desirable.

Essential requirements
· Current NSW Driver Licence and be prepared to drive a vehicle to be able to perform the role.
