The role
Scheduling Officers record and maintain accurate staff details including attendance, shifts worked, overtime and leave taken.
You will provide administration support to ensure the Corrective Services NSW’s workforce is managed and deployed effectively, key stakeholders are informed, and local operational and business requirements are met through the provision of timely and accurate scheduling of rosters and administrative support.
What we’re looking for
Operations Scheduling Unit (OSU) is currently seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team! In this role, you are required to always maintain confidentiality, utilise your proven experience and knowledge to meet the demands of this role efficiently and effectively. Your can-do attitude, confidence and technical skills will help you stand out above the rest.
You will be required to work, 19 days within a 28-day schedule period, with 8 days off and 1 Rostered Day off (RDO). You must be prepared to work weekends and public holidays as required as well as night shift and afternoon shift where needed.
Essential requirement:
- Current and valid driving licence and willingness to travel within NSW
