Location – Statewide - Multiple locations across NSW Community Corrections
Employment type – Talent Pool creation to fill Temporary & Ongoing vacancies.
Salary - $125,693 - $138,510 pa (Clerk Grade 9/10) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and leave loading.
A talent pool will be created for future ongoing and temporary roles within Metropolitan East, Metropolitan West, Northern, Southern, Hunter and Western Districts and is valid for a period of up to 18 months.

Your role
The role of a Community Corrections Service Manager is broad and diverse, and the successful applicant will assist with the management of a Community Corrections team based in one of our various locations across NSW.
What you’ll do
As a Community Corrections Service Manager, you will manage operational resources across an office /hub to support the delivery of integrated and high-quality services to facilitate a reduction in re-offending and enhanced community safety.
You will lead and develop staff whilst promoting a working environment that values teamwork, ethical behaviour, and high performance to achieve quality service delivery outcomes and organisational objectives. You will coach and mentor staff, provide constructive feedback and facilitate ongoing professional development through a performance and development framework.
You will do this as part of an office/hub leadership team with the support and direction of a Community Corrections Manager, and by leading and supervising frontline team leaders.

Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a human services related field (or equivalent experience in frontline human service delivery).
- Current driver's licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role. (Travel requirements will vary depending on location)
