Salary from $84,659 to $92,701 per annum. Plus, employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

 

Your role

 

Reporting to the Centre Supervisor (Client Services), the Client Service Officer will provide administration and effective service delivery of transcript in relation to Notice of Intent to Appeal, District Court transcript revisions, and processing of orders from Registries, the ODPP and other clients.

 

This role will administer the assignment of overflow work to contractors including liaising and negotiating the provision of transcript within established timeframes and delivery of high-quality professional services to both internal and external clients.

 

Other duties of the role will include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Maintaining the unit’s records, systems and databases, record data and file to ensure that all documentation is securely stored and readily accessed
  • Communicating with staff and clients including responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner
  • Updating and maintaining information within the relevant computer systems, including retrieving and collating data, preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Sound working knowledge of, or the willingness to develop proficiency in systems used within Client Services, including OneTRIM, Oline Transcript Portal and FTR.

Recordings and transcripts produced by the branch become the official record of the court and are available during proceedings or for appeal purposes. Court transcripts are text versions of the recorded proceedings.
