- Ongoing (35 hrs. per week)
- Clerk Grade 7/8, base salary ($110,266 - $122,058), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The role of the Deputy Registrar involves leading teams to meet legal and administrative duties while providing excellent services to clients. What you’ll do
As Deputy Registrar you are responsible for supervising a team and managing resources to meet departmental needs. It may also involve some judicial and procedural tasks.
- Lead and support staff, promoting ethical behaviour, safety, and high performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to handle organizational changes and improve efficiency.
- Address the needs of the court's diverse clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including the judiciary.
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and administrative requirements.
- Adapt to work in various jurisdictions.
- Promote Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Diversity, and Workplace Health and Safety.
- Perform quasi-judicial functions as required by law.
