Senior PMA Analyst

 

  • Location – Sydney CBD with access to hybrid working arrangements
  • Employment type – Full-time Temporary (6 months with a possibility of extension)
  • Grade/Salary – Grade 9/10

 

Your role 

 

As part of the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery Division, the Portfolio Management and Assurance (PMA) team assist the successful delivery of programs and projects throughout the Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery Division.       

 

What you’ll do 

 

Working as part of a small, dynamic team, the Senior PMA Analyst will assist the successful delivery of programs and projects through the provision of operational support, including operational reporting, budget management, risk and issue tracking, quality control, governance and post project benefits tracking and status reporting.

 

What we’re looking for 

 

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Analyst (or similar role) within a project management office (PMO), including status reporting experience and a thorough understanding of governance.
  • Demonstrated experience with PPM software.
  • Knowledge of project, program, portfolio and/or PMO management best practice methodologies.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining office processes and tools.
