Salary: $73,522- $79,931 p.a (excluding superannuation and annual leave loading)

About the role
As a Legal Secretary at the Crown Solicitor’s Office, you’ll support three or more solicitors in a specialised legal practice group, handling various administrative tasks to ensure efficient legal service delivery. You will receive on-the-job training and gain experience in all aspects of legal practice administration, working in a friendly, supportive team environment with mentorship from a Senior Legal Secretary and Legal Support Manager.
The ideal candidate is organised, forward-thinking, and preferably has prior experience in legal practice management or professional environment. You’ll be involved in all aspects of operational management of legal matters, proactively tracking and driving operations to enable solicitors to focus on their legal work.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, exceptional client service focus, and proficiency in core office technology and software applications.
